‘This is the Place’ Book

In the wake of the Manchester terrorist attack, over 60 creatives from Manchester including Peter Saville and Malcolm Garret, collaborated with Tony Walsh to turn his ‘This Is the Place’ poem into a book. The book went on sale for £30 with all proceeds going to three Greater Manchester charities. I feel very honoured to have been one of those 60 contributors. In response to the line ‘to connect and create’, it felt the most powerful answer was to snapshot a moment of unity from the concert that followed the events.
